At K Light Decor, we want you to love your lighting and decor. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and protective styrofoam included. (Because lighting fixtures and glass components are fragile, original packaging is mandatory to prevent transit damage).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, scratched, or has missing parts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please email us at  klightdecor2025@gmail.com  with an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product and the box.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or send the missing parts at no additional cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events.

  • Products that have been installed, wired, or modified in any way.

  • Custom-made or personalized orders.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at klightdecor2025@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 Days.

  • Please note that initial shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
